Shipping FAQs

Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the contin​ental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. locations will incur additional shipping charges). We also ship to Canada, and additional shipping charges may also apply.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately, as a small, independent and new business, it is too costly to ship internationally at this time. 

​

How long does it take for items to arrive?

For most items that are in stock, we ship out of Pittsburgh, PA, within 2-3 business days; depending on your location, you will receive your items between 3-6 business days after ordering.

 

For custom items, like rustic wood trays and pet prints, we usually ship within 6-10 business days; depending on your location, you will receive your items between 7-14 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We charge shipping by total package weight and we use shipping services USPS and UPS. Generally, you will not pay more than $9.99 in shipping costs unless there are extraordinary circumstances, like multiple large items (i.e., rustic wood trays), etc.

Do you offer free shipping?

From time to time, we do offer shipping promotion codes. Please stay tuned to our website or social channels (linked below) for promos.

Can you combine shipping on more than one item?

We try to package as many of your items in one box as possible. This will save both of us money. If we need to ship items separately, we will reach out to you via email.

Do you put receipts/invoices in the package?

Yes, a packing slip that includes your invoice is inserted into every shipped package.

Return Policy & FAQs

Stella Blue Boutique wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase, so we do accept returns according to the following policy:

Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged (whether due to shipping or packaging), we will happily replace it at no extra cost. We ask that you send a photo of your damaged item within 7 business days after receiving it to stellablueart@gmail.com so we can assess the damage and best determine what/how to replace. We will replace your item (at no shipping cost) or refund your original payment. No replacements or refunds will be provided after 7 business days of your receipt of the item.

Not Happy with Your Item/Not What You Expected

If your item is not what you were expecting or you are not happy with it, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item at stellablueart@gmail.com so we can discuss a solution. If we cannot replace your item with something you will like, we will request that you ship the item back to us, and we will refund your money (less shipping charges) upon receipt of the item.

 

If we can replace the item with something you like, we will request that you ship the item back to us, and we will refund your entire payment (including shipping). Shipping will be charged for the replacement item.

 

In both cases, no replacements or refunds will be provided after 7 business days of your receipt of the item.

Changed Your Mind

If you have changed your mind and would like to return the item to us, we ask that you ship it back in the original packaging (if possible) within 7 business days upon receiving the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your payment (including shipping charges). No refunds will be provided after 7 business days of your receipt of the item.
